Ideal for Grilled or deep fried chicken, Lamb, Pizzas, Garlic loaf,
or whatever you so desire.
You Need: 5-7 heads of fresh garlic. Must be fresh.
Blanche garlic for 5 min in hot water.
Roast in oven 180-200 for about 45 min until soft and squishy.
Squeeze cloves into saucepan.
Add 150ml lamb stock or any good french onion stock or similar.
If serving with lamb, add dripping from roasting lamb.
Reduce down until creamy and thick.
