BALANCE – YIN And YANG
An important part of your progress is to have a balance in your
life. Your activities should be balanced. It is no good putting
all your energy into work alone as you will eventually burn out.
You will also find if you are having challenges at home with your
partner, this also impacts on the work front and in fact in all
other areas of your life. The trick is to be balanced in the
following 6 areas of your life and then you will find you will
become much more productive – Mental, Spiritual, Family, Social,
