Easy to make Fish Cakes.

The following is a very standard recipe which has a lot of space
for your own variations.

Ingredients:

2 cans of middle cut fish (drained)

1 medium size onion (finely chopped)

Fresh parsley to taste

1 egg (jumbo)

250ml oats

5ml salt

5ml brown or white pepper

Chillie sauce if you are so inclined

Method:

1. Preheat oven at 180C

2. Mix all ingredients

3. Make fish cake balls and place on sprayed cooking plate

Bake for 20-25 minutes

and hey walla presto, you have delicious fish cakes.
